Cancel & Refund Policy

In general these guidelines apply for Brite refunds and cancellations:

To cancel our services, send your request to hello@brite.app or call us at +91 98401 63934. Once we receive your request of returning back the access of a service (Deactivation of a service), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request and we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the request.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment) within 3 working days. Refund policies will be applicable only for purchases equal to or more than 1 year.
